• Shipping is not complimentary. All shipping fees are paid by the customer and are calculated at checkout. 
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. 
• Delivery times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
• Due to the nature of perfumes, all orders are securely packaged in compliance with shipping regulations.
• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
