Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be elegible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition, with the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers are responsible for returns shipping cost.

Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges, If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • items returned after 30 days.
  • Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can evaluate to assist you.
